Kernan Medical Center

Memorial Hospital of Jacksonville wanted to bring state-of-the-art emergency services to a rapidly growing community ahead of the competition. They knew that using traditional construction would take 11 months or longer for a comparable facility. The health care network needed to accelerate their building time and minimize disruption to the traffic and commerce of this bustling area.

Using modular construction by MedBuild, the dedicated healthcare division of ModSpace, doctors started seeing patients in just six months. The finished full-service emergency medical center now serves the community 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Good Neighbor Health Center

Good Neighbor Health Center was looking to build a 10,000-square-foot clinic on a new high school campus in Cypress, TX. Like many new school-based clinics, this facility would provide primary care services to students, their families and others in a community that desperately needed health services.

MedBuild completed all site and site and civil planning based on the current and long-term needs of both Good Neighbor and the school district.

The new modular healthcare building features general and student waiting areas, a dental suite, behavioral health, pediatrics and family practice, a lab, a pharmacy and multiple nurses’ stations.

Bridgeport Hospital

Hospital administrators and staff wanted to add a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy facility as an extension of the existing facility. And the hyperbaric chamber needed to accommodate 12 people, rather than the traditional one person.

This highly specialized modular facility started welcoming new patients in just 150 days.

Southern Ocean Medical Center

In just 30 days, MedBuild built a digital imaging facility at Southern Ocean Medical Center in New Jersey. The building was seamlessly blended with the existing facility.

Off-site construction minimized disruptions to patients and hospital operations, while the faster build-time let the hospital see more patients and generate revenue sooner.

 Toiyabe Indian Health Dialysis Clinic

With a small and aging dialysis facility, Toiyabe Indian Health couldn’t meet the needs of the two Native American communities it serves in California. It had to build a new, larger center on a tight budget.

Expensive design fees were eliminated through a proprietary repeatable design by MedBuild. A new modular dialysis center with 12 state-of-the-art stations was built to meet Toiyabe’s needs and budget.
